Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two to Hong Kong and Bali. Hong Kong portion of trip prize includes: Roundtrip, Economy Class air transportation for two from a Cathay Pacific port city of winner’s choice (Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Toronto or Vancouver) to Hong Kong; 3-nights’ accommodations at the InterContinental Hong Kong (single room, double occupancy); access to Club InterContinental for duration of stay at the InterContinental Hong Kong which includes daily breakfast buffet, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails; and dinner for two at SPOON by Alain Ducasse. Bali portion of trip prize includes: Roundtrip, Economy Class air transportation for two from Hong Kong to Bali; 3-nights’ accommodations at the Intercontinental Bali (single room, double occupancy); and dinner for two at KO Sushi Lounge & Bar at Intercontinental Bali. Departure dates must be booked three weeks prior to travel. Travel subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be roundtrip. Extensions to expiration date and/or substitution of other cities will not be permitted. Winner must complete the trip within one year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Additional hotel restrictions may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for airline cancellations or delays. Unless otherwise specified, airline and flight itineraries are to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner and travel companion must travel on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner is responsible for paying all applicable ticket or airport taxes & fuel surcharges that may be required at the time of ticket issuance. Taxes will be advised prior to ticket issuance. Sponsor and Administrator will not be required to pay for any additional costs of flying to and from port cities (Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Toronto or Vancouver). All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, accommodations, meals, ground transportation, transportation to port cities, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in his/her state/province of residence, then the travel companion must be the winner’s parent or legal guardian. The travel companion must execute Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Release or Declaration of Compliance (except where prohibited) prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Both winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining identification documents necessary for travel from U.S. and Canada to Hong Kong and Bali.
