Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for 2 to Miami, FL. The trip will include the following: round-trip coach-class air transportation for two from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to an airport in the Miami, FL area; one room, double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations at the Fontainebleau hotel in Miami, FL, for 3-nights; round-trip airport transfers for two, good for transportation between the airport and the hotel; dinner for two, for one night at a Sponsor-selected Miami, FL area restaurant (alcohol and gratuity not included) (not to exceed a total of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250)); the selection of either one round of golf including golf equipment rentals at the Turnberry Golf Course in Miami, FL or one spa treatment (selected from a list of spa treatments provided by Sponsor) at the Lapis Spa at the Fontainebleau hotel in Miami, FL for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest; and $500 spending money for the Grand Prize Winner. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly provided for above, including, without limitation, additional ground transportation, additional meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs, obtaining documents necessary for travel, other personal expenses and hotel charges incurred during the trip. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice and trip must be booked a minimum of forty-five (45) days in advance. Dates are subject to availability and certain black-out dates and other travel restrictions may apply. Sponsor reserves the right to approve any travel dates and trip must be taken by December 31, 2010. No extensions will be given after December 31, 2010, and the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor shall have no further obligations to the Grand Prize Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute for any reason whatsoever a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion.
