Prize: (1 winner) Four Luxury Suite tickets to the Major League Baseball game scheduled to be played on April 15, 2010 at Yankee Stadium in Bronx, NY (seat locations to be determined solely by the Sponsor and/or the New York Yankees, as applicable); $1,000 cash; Prepaid preparation of the Winner’s individual federal and individual state (for one state only) income tax returns for tax year 2009 (or tax year 2010 if the Winner has already filed his/her 2009 tax returns); one Yankees Jersey autographed by one or more players determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor and/or the New York Yankees; and, subject to the rules and regulations of the New York Yankees, participation in an on-field ceremony prior to the Game. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all applicable Major League Baseball and New York Yankees stadium rules and regulations relating to the use of Major League Baseball game tickets and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such game.
