Grand Prize: (1 winner) Winner and one guest will receive a trip to New York, NY. Trip will include round–trip, coach-class air transportation from the major U.S. gateway airport closest to the Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), hotel accommodations (one standard room, double-occupancy) for two (2) nights, ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel and a $1,500.00 shopping spree, awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner. Winner will also receive a Color Sensational Lipcolor Wardrobe. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $5,029.96.

Actual prize value depends on the location of the winner’s residence and dates of travel. The difference between the ARV and Actual value of the prize will not be awarded. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice and trip must be completed by December 31, 2010 or it will be forfeited. Sponsor reserves the right to require travel on designated dates, in its sole discretion. Flight details and travel dates are subject to availability and airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. Certain blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Any travel documents or picture identification requirements associated with air travel are the winner and travel companion’s responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or mutilated travel certificates and none will be replaced. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. If winner and guest do not complete the travel by December 31, 2010, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and the prize will not be awarded. Winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and must travel from major airport closest to the winner’s residence as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If winner’s residence is within 100 miles of New York, NY, Sponsor reserves to substitute ground transportation in lieu of air travel and no compensation will be provided. Travel companion must complete and return a liability release as described in Rule #4 below. If the Grand Prize winner is a minor in their state of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of winner’s parent or legal guardian and winner must travel with a parent of legal guardian. Travel guest may not be a minor in their state of residence unless the Grand Prize winner is the guest’s parent or legal guardian. All other expenses not listed as part of the prize, including without limitation, meals, ground transportation, miscellaneous hotel expenses, taxes and gratuities, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
