Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for two people to the Vans Warped Tour 15th Anniversary Celebration. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two people from the major gateway nearest the winner’s home (as determined by Sweepstakes Entities) to the major gateway nearest Los Angeles, CA, two night hotel accommodations (double occupancy), and two tickets to the Vans Warped Tour 15th Anniversary Celebration (ARV $2,500.00). Travel will take place September 5, 2009 through September 7, 2009 and is based on schedule and availability. Winner and guest must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. Minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Certain travel restrictions, space availability, and blackout dates may apply. Meals, beverages, souvenirs, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. If, for any reason, the Concert is postponed or canceled, the Sponsor shall have no further responsibility for that portion of the prize and the prize will be awarded without the Concert on the same itinerary. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides less than one hundred (100) miles from the trip destination. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of the prize, including destination and travel dates, for an alternate prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion.
